Real-Time OSHA Reporting

OSHA-complianceEmployers not exempt from Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) recordkeeping requirements must report on and maintain records of specific work-related injuries and illnesses. In addition, the OSHA standard (29 CFR 1910.1020) requires employers to provide employee access to exposure and medical records. Organizations generally must maintain employee exposure records for 30 years and medical records for the duration of the employee's employment plus 30 years.

The ReadySet® OSHA compliance solution provides real-time tools to track and report on all of the information required by OSHA, significantly facilitating the reporting process, reducing risk and financial penalties, lowering operational costs and engaging employees.

ReadySet®'s Workers Compensation Case Management module provides the tools and workflows needed to obtain Maximum Medical Improvement (MMI) and return workers to the workplace. The ReadySet® case manager portal provides a comprehensive set of tools for worker injury management:

  • An online web-based incident reporting tool that is available 24/7 to employees
  • Case management tools to track case numbers, injury details, tasks, appointments, physician notes, costs, referrals, restricted time, time off and recurring time away
  • Tools to document all care manager calls, notes and actions

Employee Self Service lets employees report incidents, access their health records, check appointments and complete surveys. The "My Health" portal significantly improves employee engagement in the occupational health setting.

Illness, Injury and Exposure Electronic Health Record (EHR) tools include an integrated suite of participant surveys, clinical charting forms and report-of-injury forms. Custom reports let organizations consistently and accurately document, track and report on a wide range of employee health issues. The module also seamlessly interfaces with the Case Management module to generate federally mandated incident and injury reports (OSHA forms 300, 300A, 301).

Health Risk Assessment and Biometric Data tools collect and track a participant's biometric data and allows both participants and wellness managers to easily identify changes over time. Wellness programs and employee engagement tools enable the promotion and encouragement of a healthier lifestyle, which, in turn, results in better healthcare cost management.
