SaaS stands for “Software as a Service. It means that you can get all the functionality of software, without installing or maintaining it. It’s available through an Internet connection, anyplace and anytime. ReadySet is a subscription-based solution hosted by Axion Health using SaaS technology. We use this highly scalable platform for quick delivery to our clients.

8. What is the difference between Web-based and Web-enabled?
Web-based = available on any device/system (personal computer, phone, iPad, etc.) that has Internet access, at home or your office. You login through one portal and have instant access to reports, records, surveys, etc.
Web-enabled can mean many things, so make sure to ask if you are considering purchase of a solution. It can mean that the system can only be accessed through a VPN, limiting fast access, reducing universal access and lowering data speeds, compared with a true Web-based system.

13. How long does it take to implement the software?
Our average implementation time for small and mid-size systems is within weeks of signing the contract. In general, vaccination programs are up and running within a month, including all reporting functions and training.
